I have imposter syndrome at work, but here I just have poster syndrome.
My top albums this year according to last.fm. I decided to limit this to one album per artist to fit a few more artists in.
Ohhhh I get it, Pixar's Hoppers isn't Avatar with beavers, it's Dune with beavers.
But actually I'm really excited for this movie; it looks so much more chaotic than their usual fare!
I just do not have the time to write anything long-form about this but the ongoing Mozilla AI debacle is really indicative of a very, very troubling aspect of the broader AI debacle, which is that a strong majority of even the *actually* well-intentioned, smart leaders in tech have had their brains fully cooked by these heuristics machines
Just read an article detailing how Microsoft executives are confused and upset that people don't appreciate their AI features and don't like people giving them shit about them on Twitter. "How are people not impressed with this stuff?"

AI-generated "evidence" is infecting the legal system. Until judges come down HARD on the the lawyers doing this stuff -- and until some of the lawyers are disbarred -- these sleazebags will poison the system completely.

doing the corny "sample of a voicemail someone left me" in every song on an album but the voicemail is someone being like "alex if you're still out can you pick up five eggs at the shop, thanks", and the followup voicemails on each song become successively more urgent "looking more like six eggs now" "please text re: eggs"
