It's been ~3 wks since I traveled to Scotland, got sick, returned & recovered. In the process, I dropped my daily evening habit to drink and switched from coffee to tea in the morning (coffee was making me cough). I take my coffee with loads of sweet creamer & now it's honey (healthier & cheaper!)

I haven't been tracking my weight. I've been feeling a little low on energy as my body adjusts. But it's exciting bc I know these are really significant + positive changes #JustSharingStuff #Health

PS "Artfully Annotate" is how I'm referring to like scrapbooking design skills & supplies but instead of scrapbooks, bullet or junk journals, you choose a published (or unpublished) written work and elevate it with your art skills + supplies. I'm loving stencils & ink blending rn!
