Closing the visual gap between the official Lottie web player and @lottie4j

I switched the reference renderer, added frame-by-frame diff tests running headless on GitHub Actions, and fixed gradients, mattes, easing, blur, and text rendering. Most animations now score 99.5%+ similarity.

Also a write-up on how systematic AI coding with `@Architect`/`@Coder` sessions made this whole batch of fixes possible.

From breadboard chaos to a real PCB. Testing a Java I/O library means real hardware. For @pi4j that's the smoke test: two BMP/BME280 sensors over I2C and SPI, plus GPIO-to-GPIO connections. On a breadboard that's a different tangle of wires every time.

So I designed my first custom PCB. With help from a CoderDojo coach I turned the wiring into a schematic in EasyEDA and had it made by JLCPCB. All tests pass!
