Team meeting summary 2024-06-17
This was our last topical weekly meeting before the summer break but we will continue our weekly co-working sessions every Monday throughout July.
We concluded the first half of 2024 by sharing small or large success stories from our non-CodeRefinery work which was a fun way to learn what our colleagues are working on: really interesting projects.

Team meeting summary 2024-06-03
We discussed the future of the CodeRefinery project. It was a Q&A session about the organization structure and funding format.
We are working on a governance structure which is community-driven and has an open-source focus.
We believe that the key for growth is that we align the priorities and strategy of the project with the priorities and strategy of the partner organizations.
At 15 CEST we'll also have our co-working session. Someone with an overview of the burning fires and long term goals to work on will be there to guide you.

Today we'll meet to discuss the future of the #CodeRefinery project. What could our governance look like? Will it be a project or an organization? What is actually currently funded and what will we need when the funding ends?

Suggestions from first ambassador call today: provide motivations with our changes to lesson material, so that one could link to it. Idea for a poster about the project that could be put up in organizations came up. We'll work on that!
