Fediverseにはサーバ管理者や技術者が大勢いて、Fediverseを良い状態に維持しようと支えているので、多少の混乱があっても協力して知恵を絞って収拾をつけられる。

この強さは、ライバルとされるどのサービスにもないんじゃないかな。すごくインターネットっぽいよね。

I should have done more research when I spoke about Mastodon client apps in my #RubyWorld talk, I mentioned that SoraSNS is made in Japan... of course, so are Feather, Subway Tooter, Dawn, ZonePane, TootDesk and maybe even more that I missed mentioning. The fediwall I set up for #RubyWorld tracks that hashtag and also #RubyPrize and #RubyWeek across a number of instances (maybe I am missing some important ones, you can check the config file in the URL). It could also be set to post all of the posts from a specific account. Maybe next year there would be an official RubyWorld conference account in the fediverse, sharing the news about the 30th anniversary Ruby release that would be about to be launched… 🙂
