🖥️ Bioconductor, thanks to NHGRI support, has received an NVIDIA L40S GPU for development and testing. We're keen on developing documentation for machine learning in genomics and exploring tools like torch, luz, and brulee in R. Optimising GPU and CPU efficiency is also on our agenda.
