Bioconductor participated in the Outreachy Internship Program for the June–August 2025 cohort. As part of this program, interns Victoria Poromon and Anne-Marie Sharp worked on a range of projects within the Bioconductor community and now share their experiences contributing to BugSigDB and Bioconductor more broadly.
Their stories serve as a powerful reminder that open source is not just about code, but also about the people behind it.
