At the suggestion of @nova, I have deployed the first #ai bot of #hachyderm: @haichy. It will generate 4 pieces of #aiart based on the prompt you request and reply it back to you.
If anyone has any ideas on how to utilize #ai in mastodon (I can do both art and text), please do throw them my way!
Whoops I had a bug with @haichy and it was sending everything direct, allowing nobody to see the #aiart. I have relaxed it a bit so it will now only post 1 public image per 2 hours and the rest will be unlisted to avoid flooding the timeline. However I think there's no point in keeping the replies to public requests, purely private in a social setting as that defeats the purpose

@nova here we go. I created @haichy (All the simple names were taken unfortunately). You can request an AI generation from it by asking it to draw for you. It is limited to 5 public posts per day, the rest will be sent direct only (to avoid the requestor wondering why it doesn't reply, but I can also silently drop them).
You can use it like so:
@haichy draw for me a moonlit night style:painting
@nova Hm, 5 posts a day might be a bit limiting for an AI bot, especially if you want it to respond to people's requests. I'll set it up to respect that limit and you can tell me if you want to adjust it later.
@nova The bot is using the @stablehorde to crowdsource processing. To help you can simply join your GPU to to the horde which will allow the bot to generate faster. You can likewise ask people to join the horde with their own GPUs
