First sourdough loaf after resurrecting my starter. The starter made from whole wheat, and water always struggled to rise. Developing it with a 1:2:2 ratio solved that issue. This loaf is the proof. Too bad I forgot to add salt before baking.

Good crumb on a freshly baked sourdough. I'm happy with this ear on a freshly baked sourdough. Excellent crust on a freshly baked sourdough.
