Bahrain Grand Prix, - 42 of 57 laps: Verstappen leads teammate Perez by +15.262!
Sainz is +19.306 and Russel is +28.385
Some perspective on that fastest lap (by Max Verstappen) it's 1.5 seconds faster than the next fastest lap that is set by Charles Leclerc.
That is set on soft tires and Leclerc's would have been set on hard tires but he's (Verstappen) on soft tires because the car is so superior and it's so good on tire wear.
That is the scale of the task that Red Bull's rivals have to face.

Ferrari have added British teenager Oliver Bearman to their roster of Formula One reserve drivers ready to step in for race regulars Charles Leclerc or Carlos Sainz.
The 18-year-old Formula Two driver joins ex-F1 racer Antonio Giovinazzi and Robert Shwartzman who are both taking part in the world endurance championship.
This season has a record 24 grands prix, some of them clashing with the world endurance calendar, and Bearman will be present at those that feature F2 on the support program.

The Swiss Sauber team have reverted to their original name for the 2024 season after racing as Alfa Romeo since 2019.
The official team name will be Stake F1 Team Kick Sauber and the chassis will be called a Kick Sauber.

Sauber entered F1 in 1993 and had raced under their own name continuously until they were rebranded as Alfa Romeo for 2019.

They will continue to use Ferrari engines until 2026. Audi is building its own engine for the new rules coming into effect in two years' time

Max Verstappen won the Sprint at the Sao Paulo Grand Prix, beating pole-sitter Lando Norris off the line and cruising to victory.
Perez cleared Russell for third place on lap 10 out of 24 — having twice swapped places two laps earlier — and never looked in danger after that, securing his first top three in any race since Monza in September.
Russell settled in to secure fourth, behind him Hamilton.
Leclerc took fifth with four laps to go.

Lando Norris made amends for a frustrating qualifying at the F1 Sao Paulo Grand Prix by taking pole position for Saturday’s sprint race in Brazil.
Norris pipped Max Verstappen by 0.061s, while Sergio Perez improved on a disappointing Friday qualifying to take third, just 0.134s off Norris’ benchmark.

Max Verstappen beat Ferrari’s Charles Leclerc to claim pole position for the F1 Sao Paulo Grand Prix before a storm hit qualifying.
The reigning world champion posted a lap 0.294s quicker than Leclerc.
Lance Stroll claimed a brilliant third place for Aston Martin, ahead of teammate Fernando Alonso, who sealed a second row lock-out.
Lewis Hamilton was over seven-tenths off the pace in fifth, ahead of Mercedes teammate George Russell.

Carlos Sainz led a Ferrari 1-2 in the only practice session for the F1 Sao Paulo Grand Prix.
Sainz edging out teammate Leclerc by just 0.108s to set the pace in a vital hour of practice.
Mercedes driver Russell was third-fastest on medium tires, just 0.133s off the pace.
Hulkenberg, running the soft tire, took fourth
Alex Albon also used softs to finish fifth for Williams, ahead of Aston Martin’s Lance Stroll and Alpine’s Pierre Gasly.

Max Verstappen wins the Mexico City Grand Prix!
The Red Bull driver collects a record 16th victory of the 2023 season!
He's been so, so good this year and he was so, so good today. Never troubled, a racer's instinct at the start and it is another win to add to his growing tally. Hamilton comes home second and grabbed the bonus point for fastest lap, and Leclerc was third.
Sainz was fourth, Norris a brilliant fifth and Russell sixth.
Ricciardo was a superb seventh.
