, a way to improve integrity in results. In order to publish a paper in a specific journal, a university departments, would be required to reproduce/check another universities paper. For example.
The journal Z would require, for every original N papers published by University's dept of Y. A paper must be submitted rechecking the results of an already published.

An for , , to deal with their , problem. Create a solely international crime fighting department. Maybe . This will avoid corruption problems, retaliation against families. For an overly simplified ideal example: Previously out of 10 people, 1 person subscribes to the Washington Post, and 2 subscribe to New York Times. But if there is an org called "News Collective". People know if they subscribe to the News Collective, they can read anything from both sites. So they are more likely to subscribe. In the example, 4 of 10 pay for News Collective subscript. Washington Post gets half the money, New York Times gets half. Overall there is more money for journalism.

So I had an to help fund , and sites, while avoiding , sort of. What if there was an org that many news sites belong to. Readers pay a subscription to this org, and gain access to all these sites. The org gives these subscription fees to the news sites proportional to views or original reporting. The org could also accept donations. Readers are more likely to buy a subscription if the have universal access, so ideally news sites will get more money.

This is my families / Holiday Tree for this year.

My family makes our x-mas tree each year out of found materials, trash or natural. For the most part. Each year my brother and I alternate who designs it.

here is a video of the tree rotating for a 360 view.
happytrees.org/files/video/Roc

It was my design this year, and is made of flagstone, redwood, and bird seeds. About 1.5 x 1.5 x 1.5 ft

For previous years trees, see happytrees.org/Art:Xmas_tree_s
