@dynode yeah - this was just all the further I got today and was trying to keep things tidy as I went - I’ll be splitting it all later and moving it to its more permanent pile over the next few weekends.

I’m off work for a 4 day weekend (which is nice because my return after paternity leave was a short week.)

Anyway, it’s supposed to snow tonight, so I guess I ought to use the day to do some chainsaw work to cut up the tree that was felled earlier this week.

I like how a subset of the people who have a spiritual guide that referred to his followers as his flock, use “sheep” as an insult. I can’t be the only one who sees the irony in that can I?

This is my voice, and these are my thoughts. I'm kind of nervous sharing this, and I'm taking a bit of a risk. If some of my local #hamradio "friends" read this, I am sure they will talk about me behind my back and decry my "liberal" thinking. But whatever. I really feel that it is important to use my voice for equity and justice, even if I lose friends.

Since I’m building a new ground station for the @RadioRocket, today I started moving things around so that I could repurpose the original ground station into a full time APRS receiver (still debating if I’m going to make it an I-gate, or just a receiver for my own use) and LoRa transceiver.

gotta say, I like football way more now that Taylor Swift is in charge of it.

My back was hurting today and I don’t know why. I suppose I ought to get on 80 meters and complain about it.
