@dimsumthinking Through Amazon and IngramSpark. I am slow to add my physical books through my store. I plan to use https://bookvault.app/. I am a member of Alli, so I get free uploads for books. (They might have changed their pricing.
@dimsumthinking I use OmniGraffle for all my images. I do have some hand-drawn kanban boards in some of my books, but *I* have trouble getting (what I think is) enough contrast for the image.
For hand-drawn, I then scan.
Years ago I published a blog post called Rounding the Corners about how I applied Lean thinking (before I knew what it was) to mowing the lawn. Later, after acquiring a riding lawn mower, I published Systems Thinking in the Back Yard, in which I discussed how that new tool affected the process of mowing the lawn.
That same experience returned recently when I was implementing a new feature to import a new type of file.

@inthehands for me, the irony of this post is Ai would never say “we have no idea”. To me, that’s the fundamental flaw

Scenario: Your org has tried "trying shit to see what sticks" and now you're at "ok, maybe we ought to try *design*"
Well then! I have a workshop for that!
It's a great opportunity for product and architecture leadership to collaborate, and to practice system design as **system** **design**
