It should have always been “opt-in.”
New #iPads include the M4…but probably still can’t play two audio sources at the same time like your 486 from the early 90s.
@effika I think it’s because Dell sucks as a company.

Bluesky is now posting about it.
@ChrisLawley On Friday I was about to make a shortcut to turn off Auto-Lock when I had my iPad plugged in to an external monitor…
But as far as I know Shortcuts can’t get information about when it’s using an external monitor OR changing Auto-Lock, so I’m right here with you.
Here’s a free #recipe for you.
Made some of this today, and it’s very good. I’m just sitting here chomping these veggies.
@mlsw It kind of makes me think jar jar has nothing going on down there because he doesn’t even really react much.
This is a big article from students at #ColumbiaUniversity about the events of the last month.
It’s too bad national news isn’t this good:
Our Campus. Our Crisis.

I hope this email finds you well and hopefully not torturing my kid sister somewhere on the lakefront.
Took my #iPad out of its case to do some cleaning, and, boy, these devices all feel so good when they aren’t in cases.
I really wish Meta’s glasses simply weren’t from Meta. I really try to avoid anything from that company in my life.
It’s still frustrating that a lot of #iPad apps will just don’t work well when you use them with stage manager.
I realize that this feature is not one that a ton of people use, but also…some crazy people like myself use external monitors with their iPads and would like apps to, you know, not crash randomly.
I also wonder how much of that is Apple’s fault. Is #StageManager just hard to work with from the dev side? Or is it just so shaky on its own that it’s prone fail?
