For the three people who might care, here is my very mildly spoilery review of Cabaret at the Kit Kat Klub currently running on Broadway.

I absolutely adore these AI generated retro-trailers for movies from Abandoned Films. Blade Runner might be my favorite, but they are all wonderful in their own slightly trippy way. At the same time, they point towards a time when these sorts of re-imaginings are trivially easy to create...
Discovered that a service that I really enjoyed using (Sched) has moved to a subscription pricing model rather than their previous event-based pricing model. For organizations that only run 2-3 events per year, this makes absolutely no sense...I was quoted a more than 125% increase year-over-year.
Not exactly sure what's going on with Apple and AppleID issues right now, but if you want a way to get my heartrate up, seeing the message “Your AppleID is locked" is a good way to do it. #appleid
This is an interesting idea for using AI to enhance the experience of the reader, although there's clearly a lot of potential for weirdness. I don't know if I'd want AI generating immersive scenes for me while reading like...the Shelob chapter of Lord of the Rings.
