I just saw Nomadland (2020).
That film manages to speak so much about individuality within hollow capitalism with so little dialogue. The film is profound in its message and yet subtle in the delivery.
Chloe Zhao does an excellent job of capturing the American countryside in that ultra-wide format. Watching the film, I really felt moved.

I saw Harakiri (1962).
Amazing commentary on Japanese honor culture. The sword fights are very intense and every single shot is beautiful.
I'll totally recommend, even if you are not into Japanese period films.
I just finished Helen Fisher's "The Anatomy of Love". Good book, if you are thinking of your love-life for whatever reasons. It gives a lot of biological explanations for humn pair-bonding patterns.
The book ends with promoting the reader to take this quiz about measuring the intensity of one's love. It's quite interesting.
