@ai6yr I moved to #oklahoma from #alabama and was very surprised at the lack of emergency preparedness compared to my hometown.
Sure we were very close to a facility that stored and destroyed chemical weapons, but tornadoes are way more common than an accidental release of VX nerve agents. Alabama (with the help of the feds) is/was prepared.
If my math is correct, we spend upwards of $50 each month at a regional tea store and my wife attributes it to the ice (it's the soft, crunchy, "good" kind).

This morning I woke up to emails from Apple asking me to verify my Apple ID email address. Over the weekend someone used a defunct email address (they just bought the old domain) to access my professional Facebook profile.
Passwords are changed, 2FA is doing what it should, Facebook profiles are completely deleted, and credit monitoring is active.
Any big plans tonight? Our family plans on hanging out in the bathroom with flashlights and a radio
