The irony in your response is that I have literally been vegan for swaths of my life for moral reasons before and generally support it.

What I dont support is vegans who go around starting drama over nonsense.

@Faket I wasnt addressing most vegan people, and specifically wasnt addressing vegan people who do it for moral reasons. I picked my wording exactly for those reasons you mention.

Obviously the joke reflects some reality (that veganism isnt a health improvement), but that shouldnt stop you, its your life.

@Faket I didnt, but if your eliminating processed meat and not processed foods in general you wont really be doing an improvement.

Also if health is your main concern processed meat isnt likely your biggest enemy. I'd worry more about getting your macro and micro nutrients which isnt much related to processed foods itself, at least not in moderation. A factory made burger isnt likely to have much of an impact on you compared to a home made one.

@Faket if your eliminating processed meat then you arent going vegan. Not to mentioned processed vegan foods arent any better than processed meat, in fact, many are worse.

Just a reminder to anyone going on a vegan diet to be more healthy.... heroin is also vegan.
