Now new PPG live-action series at The CW (for now)!
A few days late but watched #Shrek and after 20 years it still holds up really well. The only caveat is the element of nostalgia that's present but aside from that, the humour is still sly.
The animation shows its age, but then how could it not? Amusingly, Shrek appears a much more ambitious film than the contemporary Monsters Inc. The praise that film received rests solely on Sully's hairs while Shrek created an entire world and filled it with more details than you might think.
