I am largely fine with boosting posts from people I disagree with even on significant, dividing issues. I usually don't, however, if they actively advocate for these ideas... so it goes :/

That's the big secret to being strong and succeeding: just showing up over and over and giving yourself a chance. Nobody likes to say that because you can't put it in a pill a make a fortune, but it is the truth. Whether it is at work, or at home with your family, or in the gym, you're going to have days where you don't have "it" and you're going to have days where you feel like you could run through a wall.

Apparently there is now a genuine "Mastodon For Dummies" book:

It's a real physical book, it's in bookshops and libraries! Depending on where you live, it's out now or out this week.

I haven't read it (yet) but the index seems promising and it even mentions non-Mastodon Fediverse platforms including lesser known ones like @inventaire
