Microsoft says it’s starting to test ads inside the Start menu on Windows 11. 1. Reflection works differently on fields vs. properties, so if you rely on reflection, it's easier to use all properties.
2. You can't databind against fields.
3. Changing a field to a property is a breaking change. For example:-

Properties expose fields. Fields should (almost always) be kept private to a class and accessed via get and set properties. Properties provide a level of abstraction allowing you to change the fields while not affecting the external way they are accessed by the things that use your class.
