Argh, I hate it when people use a load of carriage returns to make part of a document begin on the next page. If any text subsequently gets added or deleted, there's a stupid white space in the document. Just use page breaks!
Ditto for people using loads of spaces to make something start on a new line. Use a line break!

Thing that boils my piss: when people say 'all X are not Y' when they mean 'not all X are Y'.
E.g. 'All cats are not tabbies' when they mean 'not all cats are tabbies'.
I'm happy with how far it came. I bought it when it was tiny, and I felt sorry for it because it looked half-dead. It ended up growing about half a metre!
Oops, I think I just killed my tradescantia plant. I repotted it into a bigger pot, and as I did so the whole thing snapped off at the base! It otherwise looked healthy; maybe it's one of those plants that can die inside but look normal on the outside for ages.
I watered the pot and am leaving it be for now, in case the root system is still healthy and feels up to re-sprouting.

@jk I like how Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time addressed this. The entire game is narrated flashback - if you beef if, the Prince says 'wait, no, that's not what happened'.
Wait, this example is bogus because it says 'if Wednesday or later, add 2 days to account for the weekend'. But if it's Wednesday and I want to advance the date by only 1 or 2 working days, I DON'T want to add any extra days. Poo pants.
