The Israeli military is targeting schools.
"Education is under attack across occupied Palestine. The situation is most severe in Gaza... Israeli attacks there have killed at least 792 teachers and 18,639 students, according to the UN, and damaged or destroyed nine out of 10 school buildings."
Now they're doing the same in the West Bank. These are war crimes.

California's "jungle primary" is not working this year because the top two candidates could each end up with less than 20% of the vote.
A proposal: combine the jungle primary with instant runoff voting. Allow voters to rank their choices, and give the votes of lowest vote-getters to their voters' back-up choices until there are two candidates left.

When the #WHCD got "postponed", thousands of meals were already prepared to be served. Whatever happened to all of that #food? Did the local charity kitchens get a windfall, and an opportunity to serve a feast? Or did it all end up in the dumpster?
