Like I'm just a guy on the internet I don't have many friends and a rather atomic family.

I really don't have much power even just to defend myself from predators which are prevalent.

I'm young and relatively privileged so I could have some potential left to shape the world, but I am somewhat precarious as it is.

Kinda scary considering the state of the world.

So. There are all these commodity goods and industrial inputs that I can get from Alibaba/express for cheap while the same things are expensive/unavailable here in the USA.

I'm thinking about starting a storefront/market to redistribute them here. (cheaply) 🙂

Honestly I think this type of thing would be a net positive, because it would be just so useful for people who need this type of stuff and yall know everything is coming from China anyways. Not to mention Amazon is evil.

I had a feeling for a while that the neocons literally wanted to invade Chiba, but now I got someone blatantly saying it.

Also it's interesting because as far as I'm concerned immigration is sorta a non issue since it is a net benefit to us, yet for these guys who watch conservative Propaganda it is some type of major crisis.

So I've been with family recently.

I discussed politics and history with two of my relatives.

I learned that one wants to send the military onto the border and that he watches Ben Shapiro.

The other one watches Fox News and stuff and is a Trump supporter. He wants the US to forcefully take over China by assassinationg their leaders or invading or something like that. (He wants to take preemptive action.)

Gavin Newsom has drafted a $7B bill to create a state owned middle mile broadband network to service rural communities such as my own.

We pay $100+ a month here for internet that is 2MB/sec at best and others have it worse.

ATT and friends are trying to stop this bill.
