Which piece of software is everything you wanted it to be?
For me [[Stellarium]] fits the bill -- it does everything I ever dreamed for observational astronomy. Checking out the user interface thoroughly was one "cool, that does something I wanted or might want" after the other.

Mozilla has issued an emergency security update for the Firefox browser to address a critical use-after-free vulnerability that is currently exploited in attacks.
Had a great two days at @causalislands with many inspiring talks by @unkai, @TodePond, and Andrés Cuervo among others. Lots of good discussions and found motivation to pick up some old ideas. Great to see the community come together in Europe and excited to see what's still to come!
