I got a job offer but apparently when they posted the pay range what they actually meant was the the bottom quarter of that.
My feelings on incredibly stupid things at twitter have changed.
Previously: "Oh gross, someone shit in the community pool, we need to clean this up and do our best to make sure it doesn't happen again"
Now: "Huh, someone shit in the community dumpster fire. Good thing it wasn't somewhere important, I guess...?"
I can't wait until I'm not in so much of a hurry, that I can choose trains over planes.
But I wouldn't say no to fast trains either.
Something I've been sitting on for a while is the number of ADHD stories on here that I've read and thought "that's not an ADHD thing, I do that all the time" and there are two possibilities:
A) that's not an ADHD thing.
B) that is an ADHD thing. Uhhhhh..... Huh.
This paper was briefly titled "<site> is down this is the last straw I give up" and then I got some sleep, woke up and chose violence. This is now a rant on poor public service data decisions.
