Trying to figure out which RobotWar game I played and which one I should get my kids playing to accidentally learn programming to beat their friends.....

The amount of things they want me to do to fix my I-can't-do-things problems would be really funny, in other circumstances.
@adr because I lost my childhood paperwork I had to get a blood titre test for world that actually looked for antibodies and had to get some boosters. Can't remember exactly for what though.
For everyone who was wondering*, yes I would have qualified for the Canada Games in Fencing if my parents hadn't moved me to Ontario before the end of the qualifying tournament season. Épée.

I helped strike the set for my son's theatre group today and it brought back a lot of memories. Been a long time since I performed anything publicly.
At work this week we discussed a 6 year old scientific paper where they asked 15 colleagues how they thought AI was going to affect public health. Somehow it was up to me to point out just because someone said it would help with issue X didn't mean it actually would. These people were wrong, sometimes spectacularly.
@adr I love gambling, I've made tens of thousands. You just write to the Trillium Foundation and explain what community benefit you provide and they write you a cheque. Sometimes they say no, but I guess that's why they call it gambling...
I apparently live my life one visible calendar screen at a time so now that all today's events are done I just noticed I have doctor and passport appts for Monday that I had no idea about.
