#JohnWick isn’t a superhero, he’s just a consummate professional, unappreciated by the corrupt bosses. He’s just trying to get through life and he gets pulled back into the capitalist rat race. “Everyone has a price, bitch” but John’s not about that, he’s beloved by his coworkers and would rather just play on the beach with his dog.
I’m not even through with the first movie so I really hope he gets to do that, in at least one of these flicks. I definitely will be watching the rest, lol.
I’m not usually like super into ultraviolent movies, but #johnwick is more about having a good work ethic and really having the tenacity and dedication to really become a master of your craft. At least that’s my takeaway. It’s about work life balance and that dogs are good and even the best of us do not deserve them.
